Dan Chappell
Business Development Manager
Dan has worked at VSP for 18 years watching the company grow from a small supplier to a major player in the market today. He services our Queensland customers, presenting new products to the market while developing and maintaining relationships in the industry.
Tom Wood
Technical Support
Tom provides technical support for enterprise projects, from specification through to final completion. He specialises in server-based enterprise CCTV deployments, with knowledge across Milestone, Axis, Dell, Lenovo, Allied Telesis, Cisco and DLINK. Tom has over a decade of experience in deploying Windows Server environments, holding qualifications in Telecommunications, and various networking and vendor-based programmes.
Michael Omeros
Business Development Manager
Michael specialises in technical sales, particularly VMS integrations and analytics. He works with our integrators and proposes key solutions to solve our customers’ needs. He holds many credentials such as being Axis Certified, Hikvision Certified, Sony Certified, Mobotix Certified, Milestone MCDE & MCIE, Agent VI Certified, D-Link IP Surveillance, Switching and Wireless Certified. And has experience with Wireless, Solar CCTV Applications, Networking and Commissioning High End CCTV Systems.
Andrew Ho
Warehouse Manager
Andrew manages warehousing and logistics in WA. He creates processes to increase the efficiency of our Warehouse and ensures that all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner. Andrew keeps busy fighting in Brazilian Ju-jitsu when he is out of the warehouse!
Glenn Hayes
Sales Manager
Glen’s role is very much an all-rounder, completing pre-sales for projects, recommendations of products and quoting of jobs from major projects to residential installations. His background includes working in the mobile phone and consumer electronics sector for 8 years before moving to the electronic security sector. His area of expertise includes video management systems, CCTV, alarms systems, intercoms, wireless and UPS. He specialises in brands such as Hikvision (CCTV, alarms, intercoms and access control), Axis CCTV, NX-Witness, Nuuo, ION UPS and Ubiquiti.
Adrian Colsell
Business Development Manager
Adrian maintains branch operations workflow & provides CRM support. He has worked at VSP for 13 years, having previously worked in the security Industry. Adrian has remained in the extended family and worked at DSC Security Products, Alarmcom, Siemens and Kobi CCTV. His area of expertise includes customer relations and opportunity resolution workflow.
Vincenzo La Corte
Business Development Manager
Vince develops growth strategies and plans, manages and retains relationships with new and existing clients and identity’s business strengths and maps customer needs. With over 18 years’ experience in working with CCTV, access control and security systems. He has worked for a diverse range of industries, including the Department of Corrections, Mining and Commercial Sectors. Vince has an apprenticeship in electronic servicing, worked as a Senior Security Technician and has many other credentials.
Blake Errington
Warehouse Manager
Blake is responsible for picking, packing and dispatching orders. With his large amount of product knowledge, Blake is responsible for warehouse and inventory management. He ensures products are shipped and delivered promptly. He also assists with internal sales and has developed his own loyal client base.
Ryan Gabriel
Internal Sales & Warehouse Support
Ryan mainly services customers & clients that come in to pick up their goods and addresses technical issues. He also helps in the warehouse when a big delivery arrives. His area of expertise includes sales and warehouse management. He has worked in this industry for almost 15 years.
Jim Tsacalos
Intruder & Access Control Technical Support
Jim provides technical support for intruder, access control and intercom products. With over 20 experience in electronics component level servicing, alarm installations and technical support. Jim has worked in the industry for other leading distributors.
Michael Siccita
Business Development Manager
Michael is a business development manager specialising in the Verint range of products. His area of expertise includes IP Networks, transmission mediums wireless, fibre optic and switching. He has worked in Security for close to 24 years.
Vince Pedulla
WA Branch Manager
Vince’s role is to make sure the WA branch meet their deliverables. His daily duties include managing accounts, staff, reporting and general day to day requirements. He has been in the security industry for 29 years. From starting a successful security company specializing in alarms, CCTV and access control to becoming a Commercial Install Manager.
Tony Elhag
General Manager Product Selection and Management (Video Systems)
Tony’s role is to essentially act as the conduit between the VSP sales team and the CCTV Vendors with strategy, sales and product management. With his deep product knowledge and 20+ years previous work experience, Tony prioritises customer needs and works closely with the Axis family.
Colin Robinson
Business Development Manager
Colin is a Business Development Manager in NSW, and product manager of NX Witness. His Background is in service and he aims to bring that component to his customers. He has been in the industry for over 5 years.
Kate Moore
Business Development Manager
Kate has been in the industry for 7 years within Distribution and Manufacturing. She has been working with system integrators and end users to manage relationship and propose key solutions tailored to meet there needs. She has strong product knowledge across the Axis portfolio as well as knowledge across Milestone, Dell and Lenovo.
Todd Lazare
Business Development Manager
Todd has worked at VSP for almost 7 years, he is located in NSW and works out of the Silverwater office. His industry knowledge is around Access Control and Alarm Systems.
Adem Kalan
Operations Manager
Adem has been in the security industry for over 18 years. He began with installing security products and home automation. He has since grown in his role to providing tech support, ICT management and operations support. He has provided his all-rounder skillset to VSP for the last 9 years.
