We’re excited to announce a major update for all Axon users and installers, UltraSync 2.5 IP with 1-Hour Polling is now completely FREE of charge!

What is UltraSync 2.5 IP?

UltraSync 2.5 IP allows your Axon panel to communicate directly with the UltraSync cloud using a standard internet connection — no SIM card or mobile network required. It polls every hour, giving end users real-time visibility and control of their system via Mobile App, while also allowing integrators to remotely configure and manage the panel via browser or software

It’s perfect for:

• Sites that don’t require 24/7 back-to-base monitoring
• Users who want remote access and notifications
• Installations where 4G modules are not practical or needed

 

What’s Included in the Free Plan?

With the free UltraSync 2.5 IP plan, you’ll get:

• 1-Hour Polling to the UltraSync Cloud
• Self-Monitoring Portal Access (For Integrators)
• Mobile APP Access (For End-Users)
• Push Notifications for alarms and events
• Remote Arming/Disarming
• Door Control (lock/unlock doors remotely)
• User Management for Supervisors (add/edit/remove users with permissions)
• Event Log Access for reviewing activity and history

Note: This free option is only intended for self-monitoring. If your site requires professional back-to-base monitoring, you’ll still need to use the Axon 4G module or connect to a monitoring provider via IP.
